This boy is brimming with curiosity. He asks wonderful questions, loves to see new and strange things and will tell the caregivers about his “finds.” He found a police hat in the street and likes to keep it with his other treasures. He wonders how many things like how vacuums suck up dirt and why people wear safety belts. Maybe a future scientist! His speech is as good as other boys his age. He is in school. Someone had drawn a little face on his thumb and he waggled his thumb up and down in an amusing manner. He likes to play games with other children and likes little racing cars. He understands sharing and taking turns. The caregivers said he is a “pretty nice person and never bullies others.” He appeared bright eyed and alert. He has a sweet personality. He likes cartoons especially Altaman and Wolf and Sheep. He had spina bifida repaired. He is incontinent.
