A. came to the orphanage at about 5 years old.  His general and systemic examinations were normal, but he did not speak or respond coherently; however, he could follow commands and seemed to understand.  The orphanage is currently pursuing the official clearance to declare him available for adoption.

He has been receiving his immunizations, and his blood work for HIV, Syphilis and Hepatitis B were negative.  IQ testing revealed an IQ of 75.
