Birthdate: 04/01/2000

Gender: Male

Special need(s):
Age

This young boy lives in the city where he loves to play sports.  He is said to be a little shy and introverted; however, he enjoys interacting with children he knows well.  According to the most recently report, he was attending kindergarten where he knew addition and subtraction.  He loves children’s songs and has many memorized.  He has a good appetite and is not picky with food.
He was found abandoned on the road side shortly after birth.  When admitted, he suffered from severe malnutrition and displayed a yellow face.  Over time his health improved and became consistently regulated.  Through medical examinations it was discovered he had a kidney tumor, otherwise known as, Nephroblastoma.  In 2001, he underwent a removal surgery which concluded successfully.  He has not shown any discomfort or had any abnormal findings since that time.  He is reported to be a healthy and thriving child on all accounts.
This adorable boy is anxious to find a family to welcome him home.  He is healthy and has incredible potential given the right environment.  There are no known additional supports he would require at this time.  We would prefer to place this child in a family that has experience parenting children his age.  Please note that interested families have 3 months to submit a Home Study and Dossier.
To adopt this child, applicants must be 30-55 years old and meet an income requirement of $30,000 plus $10,000 per family member with the addition of an adopted child, with at least $80,000 in positive net worth.  Families must have no more than 4 children in the home to pursue this adoption.
