Gender: Male

Special need(s):
Congenital anal atresia - Repaired
Left un-descended testicle

This boy is a clever and lovely child, with a round face, pair of fiery large eyes, fair skin and a ready smile.  His favorite activities include exploring, reading picture books, playing outside, and listening to singing.
He is good at imitating others and is able to communicate using words.  He knows the names of children in his community and can identify objects, shapes and colors.
This adorable young boy was found abandoned beside a commercial bank at two days old.  He was named by the Children’s Welfare Institute and given an estimated birthday.  He is now almost 4 and enjoying an active filled life.  He was diagnosed with congenital anal atresia at birth which was corrected by surgery in April 2005.  His overall condition was greatly improved post-surgery, although it is reported he still wears diapers to assist him and is slightly delayed in his physical development.  In addition, the child has a left un-descended testicle that is correctable by surgery.  His mental development is reported to be average for his age.
The potential of this child is unlimited as he continues to grow and thrive.  He needs a family who can support his medical needs and provide an environment for his further development.  Please note that interested families have 3 months to submit a Home Study and Dossier.
To adopt this child, applicants must be 30-55 years old and meet an income requirement of $30,000 plus $10,000 per family member with the addition of an adopted child, with at least $80,000 in positive net worth.  Families must have no more than 4 children in the home to pursue this adoption.
