This joyful 2 year old boy is active and loves interacting with others.  He has dark brown hair and beautiful brown eyes.  The child is described as affectionate and loves attention; his contact with adults is always nice, polite and full of love.
In regard to his psychological and mental development, the child is normal and on track for his age.  He is physically healthy and shows wonderful motor development; shown in his ability to walk, jump, and climb unsupported.  The child has wonderful hand-hand, eye-hand and hand-mouth coordination.  His passive vocabulary is excellent; however, he has not yet developed his active speech due to his medical condition; he child has a cleft lip and palate that will require future treatment.  Other than this, the child is healthy, happy and would be a wonderful addition to any family.
With a loving and supportive family, this little guy has incredible potential.  He is a vibrant and beautiful child with a full life ahead of him.  We ask that no current children in the home be within 10 months of his age.  According to the country requirements, applicants must be 23-55 years old and currently on no medication for mental illness.
