This beautiful 2 year old boy is quiet and calm, with good emotional tone.  He has dark brown hair and beautiful brown eyes.  The child love attention from caregivers and smiles in the presence of adults.  He is a part of the “Granny and Grandchild” program, and has bonded extremely well with his grandmother.  The child sleeps well, still drinks from a bottle and engages in play.
In regard to his health, the child has been diagnosed with cleft of the hard and soft palate and a bilateral cleft of the upper lip.  He has already undergone two corrective surgeries with success and is scheduled for stage three of the treatment once he turns three years old next spring.  In addition, he has convergent strabismus that will require glasses soon.  The child shows signs of developmental delay through his lack of speech.  He does not yet speak, mainly due to his medical condition, and also is unable to walk without support.
With a loving and supportive family, this little guy has incredible potential.  He is a vibrant and beautiful child with a full life ahead of him.  We ask that no current children in the home be within 10 months of his age.  According to the country requirements, applicants must be 23-55 years old and currently on no medication for mental illness.
