This joyful little 4 year old girl is seen in her video playing gentle with her baby doll; she displays great care and affection.  This child is happy when given tasks that she can complete.  She can run, climb stairs and attempts to eat unassisted.  Although she is delayed in some areas she is able to hold a pencil and stack cubes.  It is reported that her mother struggled with mental delays and also drank alcohol.
The child was born prematurely in a compromised state with the umbilical cord wrapped twice around her neck.  Due to issues at birth there are long term conditions present.  She had Metatarsus Valga as an infant that was corrected through massage and plaster splints.  She does not currently have an further issues regarding this condition.  The child was born with fetal infection of the urinary tract which must be monitored regularly.  She is reported to be physically healthy with delays in her intellectual development, although she has been showing considerable progress in the last three months.
She is a delightful little girl and simply needs a family who can provide her long-term support and care.  She has overcome much in her short life and is thriving; however, we believe in the context of a home and loving family she could reach her fullest potential.  Please consider opening your heart and home to this beautiful child.  Video of this child is available upon request.
To adopt this child, applicants must be 23-55 years old and currently on no medication for mental illness.
