This adorable 5 year old girl is seen in her video singing a charming Bulgarian song.  In addition, she can be observed enthusiastically walking and running around. The child’s speech skills are on track for her age.  She has accumulated a passive vocabulary and her active vocabulary is expressed in situational conversation. She is also very social!
In appearances one would be unable to tell this child was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy on her left side. Her left arms’ fine motor skills are well developed and both left limbs have shown an increase in muscle tone over time.  She continues to make progress by participating in rehabilitation and kinesitherapy regularly.
To adopt this child, applicants must be 23-55 years old and currently on no medication for mental illness.  *Please see country criteria for complete requirements.
