This child is only available for families living in OK, TX, AR, KS, or MO. This little gal was born at 40 weeks through standard vaginal delivery.  She is described as pretty and having a slim face and a fair complexion.  Her general development seems to be on track for her age including babbling, laughing, rolling over, crawling on her tummy, and bearing weight on her feet when made to stand.  She has been diagnosed with ptosis and strabismus.  In December, she underwent surgery for the ptosis. There is a possibility of hearing loss in the right ear.  Eastern is trying to rule out congenital fibrosis.  When she was born, she weighed 3.05kg (6.7lbs).  As of November, she weighs 9.1kg (20lbs) and is 71cm (27.95inches) tall.  The suture from her surgery was removed on December 23rd.  The silicone inserted during the surgery may be loosened or dropped around the age of 4 to 5 years.  At her 8 month check up the foster mother reported that this little girl is pulling her neck backwards less to see an object.  She has hearing loss in her right ear, the hearing in her left ear appears to be fine and she turns her head toward sounds and or someone calling her name.  She is rolling over and sits up supporting herself by touching the floor. She babbles well and laughs.
