The birthmother voluntarily surrendered Maria Fe since she could not respond to the needs of the child. Maria Fe was assessed to have intellectual functioning at the Mild Retardation level. She also has incidents of taking money from other children which is being addressed by her caregivers. She is also still observed to give people disturbing looks and has mood swings. Maria Fe is a great dancer and athlete. She also shows concern towards other children especially the younger ones. She loves to have fun and is childish.
