Jason was born out of wedlock. His birthmother kept her pregnancy with him a secret and used to introduce Jason as her nephew whenever people asked about him.

Jason was removed from his birth mothers’ custody because of habitual physical treatment and total neglect. Jason also had hernia in which the birth mother did not provide treatment. Jason was treated for his hernia when he was in the custody of the orphanage. He was then referred to another center for proper case management. While in the center, Jason was diagnosed with pneumonitis and hyperaerated lungs based on his radiograph report.

Jason was also subjected to a psychological exam and he was assessed to have average level of intelligence and has a big room for improvement. He also rated low in self-reliance that can be attributed to the absence of his parents. Jason performs well in school. He likes Science and English subjects. He also likes Art classes and to draw. He got an average of 82% in Grade 4. He wants to be a lawyer someday.

Jason is a talkative and playful child. He gets along with the other children but can be choosy in picking his friends. Jason is also prayerful and participates in weekly devotion and Sunday services.
