Adoption Book Signing

For all of you who live in and around Cincinnati, Ohio, we have an exciting opportunity to tell you about. A couple of teachers from a local Christian home-schooling co-op have teamed up to write and illustrate a children’s picture book that tells a true story of a local adoption and features some of the major traditional Cincinnati Christmas traditions. This Saturday morning, on National Adoption Day, Nadine Woodard Huffman (the author) and Marilyn M. Lebhar (the illustrator) will be reading and signing their book, A Cincinnati Night Before Christmas, at the blue manatee children’s bookstore and cafe in Oakley. The event starts at 10:30 a.m., and they are going to donate all proceeds from the book to local non-profit adoption organizations. Please consider spreading the word about this and attending this book reading and signing. It’s a great way to celebrate God’s work in the area of adoption and to support these two women in what they are doing. Feel free to use the attached flier to let others know about this, and I hope that many of you will be there this Saturday!
